PUT YOUR BODY IN GOOD HANDS

Since the first time I stepped onto a yoga mat 30 years ago, yoga has always provided me with a safe space to connect to myself and feel good from the inside out.
I discovered this practice at university in New York and instantly fell in love with it. I unlocked so much more strength, mental clarity and a feeling of vitality which was both nourishing and addictive at the same time!
In 2013 I decided to deepen my exploration so that I could share yoga with others. I embarked on the 200hr Triyoga teacher training program. Since them I have become a breath work coach, YIN at Triyoga, Mandala training (The Yoga People), chair yoga, done my kids yoga teacher training through Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) and teach yoga mindfulness, meditation and breath work at schools.
The youngest person I teach is 5 years old up to the more mature students who are in their 80's. Yoga really is for everyone.
I'm passionate about sharing this gift of yoga with others, so that it can bring joy to people's lives- as it has done to mine.

As a breathwork coach, I draw upon a diverse range of evidence-based techniques to guide individuals in re-learning the fundamental art of breathing. This work is not only my profession—it is a deep passion rooted in both science and personal transformation. Through our work together, I aim to help you consciously reshape your breathing patterns, offering insight into the physiological and psychological mechanisms that govern this essential function.
The quality of our breath profoundly influences our mental, emotional, and physical states. When we begin to engage with our breath intentionally—creating space, rhythm, and awareness—we initiate a powerful shift within the body and mind. Increasingly, individuals across the globe are turning to breathwork as a means of alleviating anxiety, improving sleep quality, enhancing athletic performance, processing trauma, and cultivating a sense of purpose or spiritual connection.
Breath, though often unconscious, holds immense potential when approached with clarity, intention, and understanding.


The Yoga Pod
The Pod is a self-contained studio, designed with yoga in mind. The space is equipped with a bathroom, underfloor heating and is ideal for private classes or groups of up to 3.
Situated at the bottom of our lush green Primrose Hill garden, this quiet space is the perfect place to practice.
